Email marketing, SMS and funnel automation in one panel

Your own contact base, email and SMS campaigns and sequences that run on their own — all drawing on the same balance. No monthly fee.

Why bring email, SMS and automation together in one place?

In most operations the contact base is scattered: one spreadsheet for the SMS blast, another for email, and follow-up depending on someone remembering. SendnIA starts with what holds all of that together — a contact base of your own, where each contact has an identity, belongs to lists and is reused across every campaign and automation.

Both channels run on top of that base. Email marketing goes out through your company's domain, with a reusable template, a subject written on the campaign and senders per area. SMS stays intact, with dynamic variables, scheduling and delivery tracking. Both draw on the same wallet: R$ 0.02 per email and the segment price for SMS, with no monthly fee and no charge for the size of your base.

And what repeats stops depending on memory. Funnel automation is a trigger plus a sequence of steps with a wait between them — the contact's birthday, time under contract, or a manual enrolment of your own. It runs inside the sending window you define, drops anyone who unsubscribed, and if the balance runs out it holds the step instead of skipping it.

From bulk SMS to a communication platform

Four changes — and it is the sum of them that changes the operation.

📇

Your own contact base

The contact no longer exists only inside a blast: it has an identity, belongs to lists and serves every campaign.

📧

Email marketing

HTML campaigns with a reusable template, a subject per campaign and senders per area, on your verified domain.

🔁

Funnel automation

Sequences that run on their own: a trigger, steps with waits between them and an automatic exit for anyone who opts out.

📱

SMS stays intact

Dynamic variables, estimated cost before sending, scheduling and delivery tracking. Same account, same balance.

Everything you need to run both channels safely

📋

Contact base and lists

A contact with its own identity, no duplicated email, organised into lists to segment the send.

🔤

Templates with variables

Reuse the model across campaigns and steps with {{name}}, {{contract}} and a default value for an empty field.

Automation with relative waits

A recurring date trigger or manual enrolment, with steps, waits in days and hours and a sending window.

📡

Managed deliverability

Sending via Amazon SES with your domain verified by DKIM, SPF and DMARC. No SMTP to administer.

🛡️

Unsubscribe and suppression

One-click unsubscribe on every email; bounces and spam complaints become automatic blocks, checked before each send.

💳

Single wallet

One balance in BRL for email, SMS and automation: reserved on activation, debited per send and refunded for what did not go out.

From base to send, in a single flow

In 4 steps you launch the first campaign — and leave the first automation running.

1

Upload your base

Import CSV or XLSX mapping the columns: email, name, phone, birth date and contract start.

2

Verify the sender

Confirm the company domain and register the senders that will show up in the inbox.

3

Build the template

Write it once and personalize with variables. An empty field is not a hole: {{name|Customer}} has a default value.

4

Choose: campaign or automation

Send now, schedule it, or build the sequence with a trigger and steps — and follow it contact by contact.

Frequently asked questions

Does SendnIA still do SMS?

It does, in full: base import, dynamic variables, estimated cost before sending, scheduling and delivery tracking. What changed is that it now shares the platform with email marketing and automation, in the same account and on the same balance.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. Access can start at R$ 0/month. You add credits in BRL and pay for the sends actually made: R$ 0.02 per email and the segment price for SMS. There is no charge for the size of your base.

Is the balance separate per channel?

No. The wallet belongs to the account: SMS, email campaigns and automation steps all draw on the same balance. The amount is reserved when the campaign is activated, debited per send made and refunded when a send fails or the contact is suppressed.

What is an automation in SendnIA?

It is a trigger plus a sequence of steps. Each step has its own subject, its template and a wait relative to the previous step — send email 1, wait 3 days, send email 2. It runs on its own, inside the time window and time zone you define.

Which automation triggers are available?

Dates that repeat every year — the contact's birthday and time under contract, with configurable milestones such as 1, 5 and 10 years — plus manual enrolment, done in the panel or through the API to fit the cadence into your own flow.

What if the balance runs out mid-sequence?

The automation holds the step instead of skipping it: it does not send, does not advance and tries again later. When you top up, the sequence resumes exactly where it stopped.

Do I need my own email server?

No. Sending goes through managed infrastructure (Amazon SES) with your company's domain verified by DKIM, SPF and DMARC. You only register the senders that show up in the inbox.

How does unsubscribing work?

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without login. Whoever leaves enters the account's suppression list and stops receiving — including in the middle of a sequence already under way.
