Digital Marketing
Email marketing that reaches the inbox and sells
Segmentation, deliverability and relevant content — integrated with your CRM,
with SMS and WhatsApp stepping in when email alone is not enough.
The cheapest channel is also the most abused
Email marketing still delivers the best return per unit invested — and it is the channel most companies execute worst. Bought lists, the same blast to everyone, generic subject lines and no technical setup. The outcome is predictable: it lands in spam and open rates collapse.
Much of the problem is technical and invisible. Badly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC make providers distrust your domain. Sending to invalid addresses destroys reputation. When that happens, even the customer who wants your email stops receiving it.
The other half is content: relevance decides whether the next email gets opened. Segmenting by behaviour — what someone viewed, bought or abandoned — moves the numbers more than any subject-line tweak.
Who email marketing is for
Where the channel usually pays best.
E-commerce
Abandoned cart, post-purchase, repeat purchase and reactivation — the flows that return most through email.
B2B companies
Long cycles where email keeps you present between a conversation and the decision, months later.
Large, dormant databases
Thousands of accumulated contacts nobody uses for fear of landing in spam — recoverable with the right method.
Senders with low open rates
The company sends consistently, but open rates are low and nobody knows whether it is deliverability or content.
What we deliver
From technical setup to per-campaign sales reporting.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, domain warm-up, list hygiene and reputation monitoring.
Campaign creation
Subject, content and responsive layout, written to be read on a phone in seconds.
Segmentation
Lists by behaviour, funnel stage and purchase history — instead of one blast to everybody.
A/B testing
Testing subject, timing and call to action, with decisions based on numbers rather than personal preference.
Compliance
Recorded consent, one-click unsubscribe and lawful data handling. Bought lists are not an option.
Per-campaign reporting
Delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and — what matters — sales attributed to each send.
How we run the work
Fix the database first, then scale the volume.
Database review
Technical assessment of the domain, contact quality and delivery history. This is often where we find why nothing was opening.
Fixes and hygiene
Setting up authentication records, removing invalid addresses and gradually rewarming the domain.
Campaigns and flows
Building the recurring campaigns and automated flows, integrated with your CRM and e-commerce.
Continuous optimisation
Testing, reading the report and adjusting monthly what is sent, to whom and when.
Integrations and channels
Email at the centre, with SMS and WhatsApp when the matter is urgent.

Frequently asked questions about email marketing
In most cases yes, but it takes a few weeks. The route is correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, cleaning out invalid addresses and resuming sends at increasing volume to the most engaged contacts. Domain reputation recovers gradually, not with a single fix.
We do not work with bought lists. Beyond breaching data protection law, it is the fastest way to destroy your domain reputation — after which even willing recipients stop receiving. Building your own list is slower and is what sustains the channel long term.
It depends on your buying cycle. E-commerce usually sustains one to two messages a week; long-cycle B2B works better with a well-made fortnightly or monthly send. The signal that you have gone too far is rising unsubscribes — and that warns you before opens fall.
Whatever you already have, if it does the job. Where no tool is defined, we recommend based on list size, required integrations and budget. We also connect email with SMS through SendnIA and WhatsApp through ZapnIA when the case calls for more than one channel.
With campaign tagging and integration to your e-commerce or CRM, sales can be attributed to the send that originated them. That is what goes in the report — opens and clicks are waypoints, not results.
It remains among the best-returning channels, precisely because the list is yours and does not depend on anyone's algorithm. What died was unsegmented mass blasting. Relevant email, to people who asked for it, still gets opened.
