Sampa Pisos: the page that receives the ad and three ways to get in touch

A call, WhatsApp or a form — the visitor picks how to talk, and every lead arrives knowing which campaign it came from.

The client

Sampa Pisos has sold and installed laminate flooring, vinyl flooring and skirting boards for over ten years, working with brands such as Durafloor, Eucafloor and Quick-Step. Anyone looking for flooring is usually in the middle of a renovation: they want a price, a deadline and someone who answers fast. The company meets that with two strong arguments — payment only after delivery of the material and installation in under 72 hours — and the page exists to put those arguments in front of whoever just saw the ad.

What the project called for

On Meta nobody is looking for flooring: the ad interrupts. The page has a few seconds to justify the stop.

📲

The visitor was not searching

Unlike search, in the feed the person is interrupted. The page has to say what it sells, for how much and how fast before they scroll to the next post.

🔀

Everyone prefers a different channel

Some will only message on WhatsApp, some would rather leave a number and be called, some want to write out what they need. Forcing one route costs leads.

📝

Long forms scare people off

On a phone, in the middle of something else, every required field drops conversion. Asking too much at first contact loses the ones who were almost there.

🏷️

No origin, no learning

If every lead arrives the same, there is no telling which campaign brought customers and which only brought volume — and the budget stays split on a hunch.

What we built and run

The capture page and the campaigns that bring people to it.

📄

Campaign landing page

A single page with the offer up top: the brands carried, payment after delivery and the installation deadline all appear before anything institutional.

🔀

Three contact routes

A WhatsApp button, a call-back request (name and phone only) and a full form. Each becomes a lead the same way; the visitor picks whichever costs them least.

📞

A call-back in two fields

The shortest route asks only for name and WhatsApp. For someone on a phone mid-renovation, that is the difference between converting and giving up.

🏷️

Leads stamped with their origin

Every record keeps which client and which campaign it came from, plus contact details, a description of what the person needs, IP and date. The lead never arrives anonymous.

📱

Meta Ads campaigns

Building and running the Meta Ads campaigns is ours — audiences, creatives and monitoring — done by the same people who look after the page receiving the click.

📊

Measurement kept separate per page

Each landing page variation has its own tag container. When the campaign shifts focus, the numbers do not blend with the previous one.

🧩

Variations for different campaigns

There are versions of the page for different campaign angles — laminate, vinyl and a general one — all leading to the same sales desk.

🗄️

Our own lead store

Leads land in a structure of ours, built for landing pages, serving several pages at once without mixing up where each came from.

What it changes in practice

The effect of handling the ad and the page in the same place.

1

The visitor talks their own way

Whoever wants speed messages on WhatsApp; whoever will not type leaves a number. Neither is forced through the full form.

2

You can tell which campaign brought what

With the origin recorded on every lead, comparing campaigns stops being an opinion and becomes reading data.

3

Sales gets the request ready

Contact details and a description of the need arrive together — the call back already knows whether it is laminate, vinyl or skirting.

4

Ad and page move together

Whoever builds the campaign is whoever adjusts the page. Change the offer in the ad and the headline on the page changes the same day.

What this project guarantees is traceability: every lead arrives with the campaign that brought it, so comparing one campaign to another became reading data, not opinion.
