Punctual Shuttle: the capture page and the campaign that learns from it

A landing page in three languages, a quote requested in one form and every lead sent back to Google Ads as a conversion.

The client

Punctual Shuttle runs corporate executive transport: airport transfers and meet-and-greet, corporate events, staff shuttles and intercity travel, with bilingual drivers. Its customers rarely plan far ahead — they need a car for tomorrow, for a group landing on a flight, and they decide fast. That is why the operation depends on showing up at the moment of the search and on a page that turns that click into a quote request.

What the project called for

Ad and page are one mechanism: one brings the click, the other decides whether it becomes a lead.

⏱️

The visitor arrives in a hurry

Whoever clicks the ad wants price and availability, not the company history. The page has to ask for the quote on the first screen.

🌎

Not every visitor reads Portuguese

A good share of demand comes from people landing at the airport or arranging a team coming from abroad. The page has to speak the language of whoever arrives.

🤖

The company has to prove it exists

Whoever sees an executive transport ad does not know the company. The page has to show the fleet and the clients before asking anyone for a phone number.

🎯

The campaign needs to know what worked

Without getting back which clicks became leads, Google optimises blind — spreading budget by what generates clicks, not by what generates customers.

What we built and run

The capture page, the campaigns and the link between the two.

📝

Landing page with the form on top

The quote request is the first thing on the page, and each service — airport meet-and-greet, events, staff shuttles, travel — repeats the call to action right where the interest appears.

A form that already qualifies

Name, phone/WhatsApp, service type, origin and destination and passenger count. Email and company stay optional: every extra required field costs conversions.

🗣️

Three languages on one page

Portuguese, English and Spanish, switched on the spot by the visitor — including the form labels and messages.

🛡️

Fleet and clients on the page itself

Vehicle and client pages give visitors what they need in order to trust: they can see the car that will pick them up and who has already used the service.

📣

Google Ads campaigns

Creating and running the campaigns is ours: account structure, keywords, ads and monitoring — alongside the people who built the page receiving the click.

🔗

The click is recognised on arrival

The ad click identifier is stored when the visitor lands and stays with them until the form is sent — even if they browse the site before deciding.

📈

Every lead comes back as a conversion

The lead is uploaded to Google Ads through the conversions API, tied to the click that produced it. The campaign starts optimising for what became a quote request, not for what merely generated a visit.

🔒

Attribution without exposing data

The data accompanying the conversion goes to Google in the format the platform itself defines for that purpose — better attribution without sending personal information in the clear.

The upload never blocks the form

The conversion goes up in the background. If Google API is slow or fails, the visitor already got their confirmation and the lead is already saved — and the error is logged for review.

🔁

No duplicate conversions

Each submission carries its own key, so a resend or a retry does not become two conversions in the account. The report keeps counting what actually happened.

What it changes in practice

The effect of treating ad and page as a single system.

1

The campaign learns from the outcome

Sending the lead back to Google changes what the algorithm chases: instead of buying cheap clicks, it starts looking for people who resemble those who asked for a quote.

2

Ad and page speak the same language

Whoever writes the ad is whoever looks after the landing page. There is no promise in the ad the page does not keep.

3

Sales gets leads with context

Route, date, passenger count and service type arrive with the contact. The call back starts with the quote already in hand.

4

The whole page works for the ad

Fleet, clients and service pages back the promise the ad makes — visitors do not have to leave the page to be convinced.

This case is measured by the closed loop: every lead goes back to Google Ads as a conversion, so the campaign learns from those who actually asked for a quote — not from those who merely clicked.
